Condo Loft

This downtown condo is still being constructed in a mixed use development but the clients needed guidance on making their selections for paint, flooring, tile and other finishes.  In this case, the renderings were also used, in collaboration with the architect, to design the best floor plan within the overall footprint. 

Room layout and sizing, window additions and wall openings were added to maximize flow and exterior views.  

By mimicking the selection choices in the rendering, it allowed the clients to visualize the space before construction began.  The selection process can be overwhelming and this was a good way to avoid costly mistakes.  In addition, each piece of furniture was planned meticulously for function and style to make the most of the small space and create the elegant urban feel they had in mind.
